What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the property address, and details about the property and your timeline. We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address and the pages you visit.
Why we collect it
We use your information to prepare a cash offer for your property, to answer your questions, and to follow up about your property. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you tick the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Sell To Liz about your property and your cash offer. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer.
Who we share information with
To make you an offer we may share property details with title companies, attorneys, contractors and vetted investors in our network. We share only what is needed to evaluate or close the transaction. As stated above, this never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.
We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our website host, our email provider and our customer relationship management system.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing liz@selltoliz.com. You can stop text messages by replying STOP and stop emails using the unsubscribe link.
