Our service
Sell To Liz buys residential property for cash and connects properties we do not buy ourselves with vetted investors. Submitting a form does not create a contract and does not obligate you to sell or us to buy. Any offer is subject to a brief property review. Sell To Liz is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. We encourage you to have any contract reviewed by an attorney or someone you trust.
Text messaging program
- By opting in you agree to receive text messages from Sell To Liz about your property, your cash offer and the status of your transaction.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that messaged you. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
